Patrick Chavis is the co-creator, designer, writer, and head editor at the Orange Curtain Review since its inception in 2014. After a few short discussions with his fiancée at the time, now wife Alina Mae Wilson, an avid theatergoer. Patrick used his small background in web design (basic HTML, CSS) and began coding a basic site so that she could blog a few local theatre reviews. A few theatre reviews snowballed into a lot of theatre reviews, and Patrick started to chip in with the writing as the popularity of the website grew.
Before the Orange Curtain Review, Patrick worked in Television for E! Entertainment International and interned with Attack of the Show on G4TV and the OC Weekly. Patrick is a Cal State University, Fullerton alumnus with a degree in Print Journalism and a minor in English.
