ABOUT PHANTOM PROJECTS THEATRE GROUP
Phantom Projects Theatre Group started in 1996 when a then 17-year old Steve Cisneros approached his high school Language Arts teacher, Bruce Gevirtzman, with the idea of taking plays Gevirtzman had written to local schools.
