I extend my deepest gratitude to our fearless director, Michael Serna, whose vision and guidance brought this ensemble piece to life. It was a privilege to be part of a powerhouse lineup he curated.

I’m here, not as a solitary recipient, but alongside remarkable cast members—Ja’lil, Mia, Peter, Mark, Taj, and Kendall. Their dedication and talent breathed life into our characters, fostering truth and genuine conversations on stage. Together, we embraced the challenge of unlearning, delving deep into our roles to portray characters entrenched in their ideals. It was an exciting and rewarding journey, trusting in each other to bring forth the authentic essence of our roles.

This award is a testament to the collective effort, camaraderie, and commitment of our entire team. Thank you all for being part of this incredible journey.
